Users may opt in to receive text messages by providing their mobile phone number during account registration or within authenticated account settings on the Team platform. By submitting a phone number, users expressly consent to receive account-related and customer support text messages from Team.

SMS is completely optional and not required to use Team Rollouts.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Purpose of Messages

Text messages are sent solely for account-related notifications and customer support related to release planning, coordination, and execution. Team does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on user activity and account interactions.

Opt-Out and Help

Users may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP.

For assistance, users may reply HELP.

Fees and Carriers

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Use and Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and messaging data are used only to support account-related communications. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
