Cookie Policy

This page lists the cookies and similar storage Team uses, what each one is for, and how long it lasts. It covers teamrollouts.com and the Team app at app.teamrollouts.com.

Your choices

Only the cookies marked Necessary are set without asking. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you agree, and nothing in those categories is loaded or stored before you choose.

You can change your mind at any time — open your cookie preferences. Your choice is remembered in a single cookie shared across teamrollouts.com and app.teamrollouts.com, so you only have to make it once. You can also clear cookies in your browser at any point, which resets the choice and means you'll be asked again.

Refusing analytics and marketing cookies does not limit your access to the site or the product.

What we use

NameSet byCategoryPurposeRetention
cookie_consent Team Necessary Remembers your cookie choices so you aren't asked again. 180 days
csrf_token Team Necessary Security. Prevents another site submitting requests as you. 24 hours
__client_uat, __client_uat_* Clerk (our sign-in provider) Necessary Keeps you signed in and tracks when your session was last active. Session, managed by Clerk
ph_*_posthog PostHog Analytics Which pages and features get used, so we can improve them. Set only after you accept analytics; before that we use cookieless, in-memory measurement that ends when you close the tab. Up to 1 year
_ga, _ga_* Google Analytics 4 Analytics Aggregate traffic and usage reporting. Up to 2 years
_fbp Meta (Facebook) Pixel Marketing Measures whether our advertising reaches the right people. Up to 3 months
tm-intro Team Necessary Not a cookie — session storage. Remembers that you've seen the homepage intro so it doesn't replay. Cleared when you close the tab

Retention for third-party cookies is set by the provider and reflects their current documented defaults; the exact value can change on their side.

Third parties

Where a cookie is set by a provider rather than by us, that provider processes the data under its own policy: PostHog, Google, Meta and Clerk.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use these cookies to build profiles for anyone other than ourselves.

Changes

If we add or remove a tool, this page changes with it and the date above is updated. If a change means we need to collect a new kind of consent, we'll ask again rather than assume your previous answer covers it.
